Ability to add custom fields directly to Grant Opportunities and Funders

I need to be able to add custom fields directly to individual Grant Opportunity records and Funder records. This is important for tracking specific dates like ROI, LOI, reports, and other relevant information that is not currently supported by the existing fields.
