Our AI will then use its web research capabilities to:<ul><li>Auto-Populate Your Profile: It will automatically find and fill in your Organization Profile and key Program Information sections.</li><li>Generate Core Boilerplate: The AI will then synthesize this information to create a comprehensive first draft of a "Common Application." This document will serve as foundational source material for all future grant proposals.</li></ul>The goal is to transform your onboarding experience from hours of manual data entry into a process that takes just a few minutes. The vision is to allow our AI assistant to work with your financial data to create stronger, more cohesive proposals.Proposed capabilities include:<ul><li>AI-Powered Budget Creation: Generate a complete project budget from a simple prompt or have the AI assist in editing and refining an existing spreadsheet.</li><li>Deep Narrative Analysis: Upload a budget and ask the AI critical questions, such as, "Does this budget adequately support the activities described in my proposal?" to ensure alignment.</li><li>Seamless File Imports: Upload Excel files or import spreadsheets directly from cloud storage, including <a target="_blank" rel="noopener" class="ng-star-inserted link" href="https://help.grantable.co/en/articles/1705437-connecting-google-drive">Google Drive</a> and our planned <a target="_blank" rel="noopener" class="ng-star-inserted link" href="https://feedback.grantable.co/p/sharepoint-integration">SharePoint integration</a>.</li><li>Native Spreadsheets: Create and manage budgets as a native asset within your Grantable projects, just like documents.</li></ul>If this would improve your grant writing process, please upvote and share any specific thoughts or use cases in the comments below.
